So. I've been doing a lot of walking lately (walking is the new driving, you know) and my soundtrack is invariably provided by either Eggs' iPod or my not-an-iPod. Last week, while speedwalking to my bus stop on the way to work, Wilco's "Walken" and The Dodos' "Walking" joined the rotation within a few songs of each other, and that got me to thinking about songs about, well...walking. Because I am rather odd, I proceeded to compile a list of my favorite songs related (however loosely) to pedestrian activities.
