It took 25 years of my life to get me to the west coast. I'm not sure why it took so long, but I'm finally here. As I sit here in the lobby at the Seattle Airport Hilton, waiting for Mr. and Mrs. Bacon to arrive, I can't help but get a little excited for the ensuing Phish shows this weekend at the famed Washington venue, The Gorge. I've seen seven Phish shows so far this summer, ten overall, but this two-show run might top all of the others, including the incredible Thursday Red Rocks experience that went down last week.
